"What calendar / productivity software application are you currently using and what convinces you of EssentialPIM Pro being the superior choice for your needs?"
I’m currently using Windows Alarm and Outlook as well, mainly for synchronizing personal schedules with my smartphone. However, setting up multiple applications over time and the management of the associated files in different devices are kind of difficult. EssentialPIM, on the other hand, is very user-friendly in regard to manage multiple files. The task and reminder are very nice features to me too. In this way, I will need only one application to complete all the tasks everyday and the synchronization will also become much easier.
