1_Main menu
Shows the list of commands available in the program. 

2_Navigation Panel
Where the user can switch between EssentialPIM modules (and views). The "Navigation panel" can be minimized or maximized by pressing on the small arrow button on top-right corner of the panel.

3_Calendar
Shows the calendar days over month with highlighted / marked busy days pertaining to appointments, tasks and the like.

4_Module Toolbar
Offers the user a couple of ways to work with and manage records. Its contents depend on the currently active module. 

5_Main view
(Depending on the currently open module), shows either "Tasks/Messages" information pertaining to a set task or appointment in an open "EPIM Today" module, or "Tasks" in an open "Calendar module".

EPIM Today
Shows an overview of appointments, anniversaries and tasks for the upcoming days.
 
  • Gives a full overview of things need to be done in a simple, color-coded layout. Data from all modules is collected here to give a short and long-term perspective.
  • Extensive settings to adjust the view, like showing certain data or limiting to certain period make sure you see your day the way you want it.

Calendar
Shows appointments for today and three upcoming days (by default settings). The Calendar module is a key part of EssentialPIM Pro and can be displayed in different views: Day, Week, Month, Week Agenda, Year, or Table. Views can be switched under the navigation pane at the left or under View menu (Day, Week, Week Agenda, Month, Year, and Table).

I am using EssentialPIM Free since last year. Just read about in in some blog and tried it out. Never looked back. I use it everyday but I miss advanced backup feature, global search, synch to Outloook. The free version also does not show tasks in calendar and filter/edit categories are not offered. Still it gets me by and is easier to use than the Windows built-in. Having a chance to upgrade to Pro version is most welcome! The Pro features alone such as multiple reminders, templates, customized fields etc. are features I seek. Thanks for contest and chance to win the Pro version!

I am currently using android  alarm built in feature. But it is not reliable and lacks many features relating to customization, fields that can be added etc. EssentialPIM Pro is the perfect choice as I like its following features which make it have an edge over my built in app :-
1) ability to synchronize all your information with MS Outlook and practically any online service available.
2) Lock the app with a password.
3) Customizable widgets (calendar month and agenda views, to do, notes, quick add new items, modules shortcuts). Some of the widgets are available through in-app purchase of the Pro version.

I am currently using the calendar from Outllook and i would like to use EssentialPIM Pro in order to have a more fluid activities planning activity and to become overall more efficient with less efforts. I would like to be able to have a hierarchy of tasks, to tag and filter activities and of course to be safer to encrypt the database. This software is useful for all the people that want to become more organised and relaxed with the ongoing tasks.

Currently i don`t use any calendar software but i would like to use Essential PIM Pro in order to sync the notes i have on my PC with the notes from my iOS and from what i read through the superb review done by @jasonX this software will help me do it. It has interesting features and capabilities but for me an electronic agenda of my multiple tasks ste in various devices is a must so please count me into the draw.

I am currently using C-Organizer. 
Compared with the other similar softwares,  EssentialPIM let you manage your information across multiple platforms and cloud APP. These information can be synchronized with all popular cloud solutions, more important, Synchronization with cloud services is protected via SSL that is used in online banking. Based on this, I want to use EssentialPIM. thank you a lot.

I am currently using AllMyNotes Organizer to improve performance. I believe that EssentialPIM Pro is the most functional Manager for managing personal information. This program is cross-platform for Windows, Android, and iOS. All data can be synced with popular cloud services, protected with AES 256-bit encryption, has a clear multi-functional interface that allows you to control tasks, notes, calendar (enter significant dates and events in it), mail, and contacts.

I’m currently using Windows Alarm and Outlook as well, mainly for synchronizing personal schedules with my smartphone. However, setting up multiple applications over time and the management of the associated files in different devices are kind of difficult. EssentialPIM, on the other hand, is very user-friendly in regard to manage multiple files. The task and reminder are very nice features to me too. In this way, I will need only one application to complete all the tasks everyday and the synchronization will also become much easier.

I'm using AllMyNotes Organizer Pro as my current personal information manager, which I've got for free from a giveaway site. I've been a true believer of EssentialPIM Pro to efficiently and securely manage my personal information and protected with AES 256-bit encryption. Truly a cross-platform application for Windows, Android, and iOS. All data can be cloud-synced with popular cloud services. What I like the most is the easy-to-use, multi-functional user interface. I'd like to win a license to fully experience all its great new features and replace my current one. Count me in please!
