Assassin’s Creed 2 PC Game Giveaway was launched on Chinese Ubisoft’s Uplay Store to celebrate Chinese New Year ( also called Spring Festival), this giveaway Started on February 5 and will be available until February 12, 2018 ( 9 AM UTC).

Although the giveaway is restricted only to Chinese region (China IP), if you have enough patience you can try this giveaway and add Assassin’s Creed 2 game to your Uplay library, all you need do to is to use Chinese VPN or set proxy on your browser.

1.If you are a newbie, first create an account at Ubisoft or retrieve your login details if you lost or forgot your password.
2.On your Chrome browser install this plugin called ‘Geoproxy’, click this link.
3.Launch a new tab, click the ‘G’ icon next to the address bar, then the select proxy country as China in the drop-down menu and click the ‘Search’ link.
4.You will see a list of Chinese IP’s, click on any IP and your browser will be set to that proxy address.

5. Now, visit this giveaway page: free.ubisoft.com/promotions and you will see the giveaway info similar to below image.

6. Click the ‘Register for PC’ button, then login to your Ubisoft account by entering your login credentials and confirm that you want to add the game to your account.
7.That’s it, launch your UPlay PC client and check whether the game is added to your Games library.



Note:

1.The process will be time-consuming, as the proxies listed will be slow, some IPs will work and some didn’t connect, so try one after other IP until you are successful.
2.If you think its worth to go through this tedious process, then only go ahead with this giveaway.
