The Writing Help feature offers suggested responses based on the current conversation. Meta explains that this feature operates using Private Processing technology, a system that enables Meta AI to generate replies without reading the message content or the suggested rewrites. Additionally, WhatsApp now allows users to retouch images with Meta AI before sharing them in chats or groups.

Meta has not specified which retouching options are available or indicated whether the images are sent to Meta's servers before delivery. Both features depend on Meta AI and share the same underlying infrastructure, although Meta highlights Private Processing as the privacy boundary specifically for Writing Help.
