uBlock Origin 1.48.8 released on GitHub. Seems to be unavailable yet on all browsers web store...

Notes​This release mostly benefits Chromium-based browsers. I haven't decided yet if it's worth publishing this release on AMO since the main issue addressed here does not affect Firefox.
