Microsoft releases Windows 10 builds 18363.753, 17763.1132 with VPN fix

If you're a VPN user, it's once again time to update your Windows 10 PC. Microsoft has released new optional cumulative updates for the most recent five versions of Windows 10. That includes versions 1909, 1903, 1809, 1803, and 1709.
 
These are optional updates, and they're not even available on Windows Update. You have to install them manually from the Microsoft Update Catalog. They also have the same changelog, with a fix for VPN users. Here's the highlight:

• Updates an issue that might display the wrong internet connection status for certain VPN users or might prevent some applications from connecting to the internet.
  

And here's the fix:

• Addresses an issue that might display a limited or no internet connection status in the notification area on devices that use a manual or auto-configured proxy, especially with a virtual private network (VPN). Additionally, this issue might prevent some devices from connecting to the internet using applications that use WinHTTP or WinINet
  

Versions 1909 and 1903 get KB4554364 (build 18363.753 or 18362.753), and you can manually download that here. Version 1809 will get KB4554354 (build 17763.1132), and you can get that here. KB4554349 is for version 1803, and that can be downloaded here. Finally, version 1709 gets KB4554342, which can be manually downloaded here.
