AdGuard Browser Extension 5.3.1.7

Just a routine update, but an essential one. We tightened things up behind the scenes to keep the extension stable.

• Updated internal filtering libraries: @adguard/agtree 4.0.1, @adguard/scriptlets 2.2.16, @adguard/tsurlfilter 4.0.2, @adguard/tswebextension 4.0.3.
  
• Updated dnr-rulesets to 4.1.

• Fixed incorrect tooltip position in the Statistics chart. #3449
