As you can see in the datasheet you sent me, my laptop has NVIDIA MCP79MVL chipset.
Despite I'm not a dummy, I was not able to find specific datasheet of this chipset, if you can, please, help me find it.
I need to know if it supports SATA 600 and AHCI

Here is a bit more info, but for the time of the hardware/software when it was released, I doubt it has SATA6, probably SATA 3...
