Forum section re-ordering?

I think it would help the layout if the section ordering was a bit more cohesive.

Current order:
Geeks FYI
Giveaways
Make my Choice
Programming/Development
Games
Security
Software Reviews
MWZ
Deals
Android
iOS
Windows
Hardware
Misc.

Deals would work better below Giveaways.
Move less frequented and more private sections further down (Make my choice, Programming, Reviews, MWZ).
Move Windows above Android and iOS.

Sample:
Geeks FYI
Giveaways
Deals
Windows
Android/iOS in whatever order
Games/Security in whatever order
MWZ/Make my choice/Hardware/Reviews in whatever order
Programming
Misc.
