I just visited this promotion again and now it states that it is unavailable.  I found it on epicbundle.com as well as numerous  spanish and german websites (they would obviously use a VPN or the like to get the offer).  I think it is fair to say that the game may be available later, due to it requiring a Steam key and there is the chance that the site is temporarily out of stock and will be re-stocking shortly!!.....So please "Bear With Me"
