Ashampoo support has given their reply to our review here and they (via the main project developer of Snap and Snap team) are very appreciative of our efforts here. We at GFYI are open to help in the development of the Ashampoo Snap brand.
So if you as a user have feedback or suggestions for Ashampoo Snap you can:
1. Post your observations and suggestions here as supplement in our review. (Or start a thread, say, 'Ashampoo Snap observations').
2. Send me a PM about your suggestion.
3. Directly email them, 'support@ashampoo.com'. Do take note of the 'ticket#' so we can follow-up accordingly.
This is our goal here, not just to host and giveaway licenses BUT to help the development of the app. In this way we help the developer alongside THEY helping us via sponsorship.
If you have suggestions for any Ashampoo apps other than Snap, say, Photo Commander, Photo Optimizer, UnInstaller, WinOptimizer, etc., you are enjoined to provide suggestions and feedback so we can help each other better (Ashampoo and GFYI) towards development of app features and the like.
Your suggestions can be:
a. Opening a thread about it.
b. Add supplement to an existing review.
c. Directly email them, 'support@ashampoo.com'. Do take note of the 'ticket#' so we can follow-up accordingly.
These 'interfacing' is a welcome a development for us. Not many are 'tapped' like these.
