For me, the most important thing about VPN providers is confidentiality. Lately I've been seeing a lot of articles on the net about VPN providers claiming they don't log or use their customers' data, but this is actually not the case and many providers have been exposed as such.
I want to win a subscription because Air is great about privacy, doesn't log, doesn't log any information about its users, plus it uses state of the art data encryption. I also want to add that the provider works fine with Netflix, I connected several other (famous) VPNs, and there were problems with the connection, or the transfer was simply interrupted.
