Microsoft Edge now syncs font contrast settings with Windows 10

With the next version of Chromium Edge, Microsoft says it will update the font rendering experience to match the standards of other native Windows apps, such as Calculator, Groove Music, etc.
 
Microsoft has already enabled the new font rendering experience in the Canary builds. As per the experimental flag description, users will notice contrast enhancement, gamma correction, quality and clarity improvements if they use the feature properly.
 
This new update will also allow Microsoft Edge to respect user ClearType Tuner settings when applying text contrast enhancement and gamma correction.

To enable the new feature, head to the Edge Canary's flags menu and turn on the flag: #edge-enhance-text-contrast
