I'm currently using both softwares from Softland and would like to suggest the following: 

Backup4all Professional
The program has an intuitive Window's-like ribbon interface and easy to use backup wizard/options, but would be more of multifunctional if it's not limited to file data backup only. Additional backup options like system or partition image or clone to disk would be nice to have. Most backup softwares have boot disks for backing up when system is inaccessible, would be awesome to have as well.

novaPDF Professional 
This has the best functional PDF creation and printer in one application, by far. But what I found lacking is a superb PDF editing features available with competitors like PDF X-Change Pro and Infix Editor. Another suggestion is to have a toggle switch to change from simple to advance interface for profile manager.
