then stay on Windows 10 1803 do not install the version 1809. probably your PC is not adapted to this new version, why go back to Windows 7.
my PC station is only on the Windows10 1803 version and it is good and it does not force the 1809 version of it.
the more so with Windows 7 will not be supported soon.
