The only problem i face with this cleaner is the
is malwarebytes safe issue as every time it detects the game and software files as virus. Any ideas how to deal with this??

Yeah, MWB tends to find false positives, some times even in legit registry keys and others in applications (in Windows version)... reporting the false positive would be interesting
