NVIDIA releases 3rd driver in a few days 

NVIDIA has released GeForce Hotfix driver 595.76, a targeted update meant to address RTX 50 series voltage behavior. We were earlier told by NVIDIA that a hotfix was being prepared for release today, and the driver appeared online ahead of the public rollout as users shared direct download links and started testing it early.

The issue itself surfaced around the GeForce 595.71 driver, with reports that some RTX 50 cards were hitting an apparent voltage cap that reduced boost behavior and limited overclocking headroom. Reports described lower-than-expected boost clocks in some scenarios, tied to the restricted voltage behavior.
 

GeForce Hotfix Display Driver version 595.76 is based on our latest Game Ready Driver 595.71. This hotfix addresses the following:

• When the graphics card is overclocked, GPU voltage may become capped, preventing it from boosting to expected levels [5934973]
  
• [Resident Evil Requiem] White glowing light/dots may appear in game when Subsurface Scattering is enabled [5915673]
  
• Improved path tracing performance in Resident Evil Requiem [5938207]
  
• [Star Citizen] Game client crashes when launched [5935027]
