Microsoft Releases Major Skype Update with Dark Mode and New Features

Microsoft has released a new version of Skype for several platforms, including Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iPhone, iPad, and the Web.
 
The update, which brings the version to 8.52, brings a plethora of changes, including a dark mode for mobile operating systems.
This means Skype finally gets a dark theme on Android, iPhone, and iPad, and if you are running the latest version of Android or iOS, the app automatically aligns with system settings. In other words, should you activate dark mode at system level on iPhone or Android, Skype goes dark as well.
Additionally, mobile versions of Skype now feature call scheduling for groups. This makes it so much easier to pre-arrange a time for a call, and after rolling out this feature for standard calls, Microsoft now brings it to groups as well.
