Recent Folders

Quick question here,

I usually open a lot of folders and the "Recent folders" list gets all piled up. I use a tray icon for explorer (pinned) and when it piles up it reaches almost at the top of the screen. I get rid of that "Recent list" by using CCleaner Portable but I just wanna ask if there is a fix for not letting Windows 10 pile it up like that. See image below.
