AMD clearly sees the advantage of X3D technology, and so do gamers. The company is reportedly preparing two high-end Ryzen 9000X3D CPUs with either 16 or 8 cores, higher clocks, and possibly dual 3D V-Cache variants. That is as far as current rumors go.
We also have semi-official confirmation of a Ryzen 5 9600X3D. This SKU appeared in AMD’s driver section, which effectively confirms its existence. But this is not the full list.
According to data shared by @momomo_us, AMD will also introduce a Ryzen 5 7500X3D, an entry-level Raphael-based CPU. A UK retailer listed the product with a full OPN code (100-000001904) that does not match any existing SKU. If the specifications follow the same pattern as the Ryzen 5000X3D series, this model should feature 6 cores, similar to how the 5600X3D and 5500X3D were positioned.
