Intel XeSS crosses 200 games

Intel is announcing that its super resolution technology, known as XeSS (Xe Super Sampling), has reached a milestone of 200 supported titles.




If you’ve been wondering what Intel is currently working on, the company is focused on integrating its performance-boosting technology, XeSS 2. Unfortunately, despite earlier promises, Intel has not released XeSS as open source. However, the technology is not restricted to a single GPU vendor.

In practice, the situation is more complex. Intel introduced XeSS 2 as a suite of technologies, including XeSS Low Latency and XeSS Frame Generation.
