New Microsoft Edge features will save you money when shopping online

Microsoft has started testing two new features designed to help save you money when making purchases on retail stores. Both of these features, a price comparison tool, and a coupon autofill, are currently a work in progress with only basic functionality enabled but does provide insight into Microsoft's plans for making the Edge browser stand out from the rest.

BleepingComputer has discovered a new feature added to the Microsoft Edge Dev and Canary builds that will perform price comparisons of retail product pages added to a Collection.

This feature is internally named 'MsCollectionsPriceComparison' and is a work in progress as all the features are not currently working yet.

When adding product pages from specific retail sites, a 'Compare prices to other retailers' link will appear under the product price, as shown below.
