If you read documements on your Android devices, it will be better to make it on Monochrome for reducing eye strain. Here is how you can do it. You need to enable Developer options on your device first to use this. Open developer options and nder Hardware accelerated rendering select "Simulate colour spaces"
and select Monochromacy

Nice. Btw, this is also available for iOS. Can be enabled from Settings > General > Accessibility > Display accommodations > Color filters
