Quote:Microsoft is working on resolving an issue caused by a recent update that prevents users from accessing the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal.
According to user reports, the ongoing issue is also blocking them from accessing several other Office 365 apps and services.
"Users attempting to access the Microsoft 365 center may receive a runtime error," Microsoft explains on the Microsoft 365 Service health status page at status.office.com.
Microsoft says that a recently-applied update seems to be behind this ongoing issue potentially impacting all users attempting to access the Microsoft 365 admin center or interacting with admin center features.
"We've reverted the update and the Microsoft 365 admin center is now available; however, we're observing significant latency when rendering the page and admin center features," Microsoft says.
"We're performing live diagnostics within the affected systems in an effort to fully resolve the issue."
While the company directs customers to the status.office.com Microsoft 365 Service health status page for more information, users have also reported [1, 2, 3] that this page also keeps going down.
