I think TaskExplorer is a very useful tool to use on daily basis because it gives plenty of information about running processes. It can be really helpful for example when we have slowdowns on our machine to identify the application heavy on the system, or when we want to monitor network usages of the various processes. There is a good customization of the tool and it can be used also to view suspicious processes. It's also very interesting the new support of Sandboxie for sandboxed processes.
