Windows 10 Version 1903 Will Let Home Users Pause Updates for Up to 35 Days

Quote:Microsoft will allow users running Windows 10 Home to pause updates for a maximum of 35 days beginning with the upcoming feature update to version 1903.

Currently codenamed 19H1, Windows 10 version 1903 is projected to go live next month.

Back in January, it was reported that Microsoft would finally provide users running the Home SKU with an option to pause updates for up to 7 days. As we speculated at that point, there was a big chance that Microsoft planned to align the Home SKU with its Pro sibling, and as it turns out, this is exactly what happened following the release of the latest insider preview build.

One reddit user discovered that after installing the most recent Windows 10 19H1 build it is possible to pause updates on the Home SKU for up to 35 days, a feature that was until now available exclusively on the Pro version of the operating system.
