CatchPulse 10.10.0 is now available. This release introduces event logging for Pro users, device group assignment during installation, resolves two security vulnerabilities, and includes nine bug fixes.

Operating System Compatibility

Support for Windows 7 and Windows 8 has been discontinued. Starting with CatchPulse 10.10.0, these operating systems are no longer supported.

New Features
  1. Enhanced Event Logging (Pro License required)
    1. Added event logging for:
      1. Block, Quarantine, and Removal actions
      2. Cloud AV activities
      3. Vulnerability scanning
      4. Protection mode changes
      5. Software updates
  2. Device Group Assignment During Installation
    1. Administrators can now assign a device to a designated device group as part of the installation process.
Bug Fixes
  1. Fixed an arbitrary file read vulnerability.
  2. Fixed a kernel pool overflow vulnerability.
  3. Fixed an issue where untrusted commands launched from Windows Terminal were not being blocked.
  4. Reduced excessive user prompts during Windows Update when operating in Interactive Mode.
  5. Fixed the infected status display on the main dashboard.
  6. Fixed incorrect Cloud AV service status reporting in the main user interface.
  7. Fixed a user interface issue affecting the Allowlist Approval Request notification.
  8. Fixed an installation issue when using the /autoconf <folder_path> parameter.
  9. Fixes an issue that prevented CatchPulse policies from synchronizing when the Remove From Trusted Certificate Allowlist setting was configured.
  10. Reduced redundant entries in Vulnerability.log
