Thanks very much to Alex42 and dino101 for the help on providing the download link from the giveaway site.
Unfortunately there is no such file on the link.
The download link doesn't work at all from the giveaway site.
I then downloaded from CyberLink official website but you cannot input your license to trial version and is only valid for 30 days.

I have downloaded and installed the program successfully. You also get Wave Editor 2 and Screen Recorder 16 as bonuses. It is indeed strange that @hakah had a problem downloading the product.

If anyone is having a problem with the key that is supplied by the giveaway website, then one may try the following:
1. Disable internet
2. Install PowerDirector16 ..... do not open/launch the app yet
3. Open registry editor and change the value data:
BEFORE:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CyberLink\PowerDirector16\UserReg]
"Prod_Activate"="OnlineCheck"
AFTER:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CyberLink\PowerDirector16\UserReg]
"Prod_Activate"="LocalServer"
4. Open PowerDirector and enter the serial
