1_Main menu
Shows the list of commands available in the program. 

2_Navigation Panel
Where the user can switch between EssentialPIM modules (and views). The "Navigation panel" can be minimized or maximized by pressing on the small arrow button on top-right corner of the panel.

3_Calendar
Shows the calendar days over month with highlighted / marked busy days pertaining to appointments, tasks and the like.

4_Module Toolbar
Offers the user a couple of ways to work with and manage records. Its contents depend on the currently active module. 

5_Main view
(Depending on the currently open module), shows either "Tasks/Messages" information pertaining to a set task or appointment in an open "EPIM Today" module, or "Tasks" in an open "Calendar module".

Today
Shows an overview of appointments, anniversaries and tasks for the upcoming days.
 
  • Gives a full overview of things need to be done in a simple, color-coded layout. Data from all modules is collected here to give a short and long-term perspective.
  • Extensive settings to adjust the view, like showing certain data or limiting to certain period make sure you see your day the way you want it.

Calendar
Shows appointments for today and three upcoming days (by default settings). The Calendar module is a key part of EssentialPIM Pro and can be displayed in different views: Day, Week, Month, Week Agenda, Year, or Table. Views can be switched under the navigation pane at the left or under View menu (Day, Week, Week Agenda, Month, Year, and Table).

I have the promotional "Efficient Calendar" (from Efficient Software) in an old laptop and it is the main personal information management app I use there. It is what I always rely on for info that I need to be reminded of in addition to having the calendar in my mobile. I do not use any email app other that the web based email apps like GMail and Outlook. I used Opera and Sea Monkey butI never used it long. When I used EssentialPIM I liked it from the start as I can customize my tasks to my liking plus the interface is much more pleasing that Efficient Calendar. They have similarities of how they work but I like EssentialPIM better. Thanks for this opportunity to upgrade to the latest version 10 of EssentialPIM! Merry XMas to all of you EssentialPIM! Currently using Office, Outlook for email Not happy with how slow it loads.
​​​​​​I would hope to win a license of EssentialPIM Pro.Love the calendar appearance. and the connection to android systems.
I am on the go and to get notifications on my phone is a perfect choice for me!
 The appearances are amazing compared to the old stale outlook.
Ad free is always the best choice.

In my work I use Outlook, but privately I don't use any application for management email and personal information. I would like to change this as I would have all my information in one place, either on my PC or on my smartphone. The application would help me to manage my time and plan tasks. I like its clear interface and intuitive use. EssentialPIM Pro would make it easy for me to quickly access meetings, my notes, emails, contacts. I really like the cloud sync feature and the portable version.

I use the Thunderbird email client to manage my email, but most often I use the bowser via the bookmarks bar to log in to my mail. 
As a rule, I store personal information in a text file, which creates certain inconveniences and the risk of losing information.
I want to win an EssentialPIM Pro license for a faster and more universal way to store information and access e-mail when all management is in one application that allows you to manage tasks, chores, notes, contacts, passwords and e-mail.
All data in this application is protected with a 256-bit encryption key.

I'm a fan of EssentialPIM Pro and I absolutely love it, although i am currently not using any other personal information management tool. It's offering an amazing way to stay organized, on top of my email, and even on top of my calendar. I also love the fact that I can share information with co-workers and family. Every time I use EssentialPIM Pro, it helps me get more done in less time! I am so impressed with how it helps me stay on top of my projects, notes, correspondence, to-do lists, and more. Also, the resource consumption looks good so far.

I don't use personal information management application to organize different tasks.
All appointments, assignments and deadlines are posted on my bulletin board in the office.
Contact persons, numbers, Emails and passwords are stored in my smart phone and PC.
Events and special occasions are written on my notebooks.

I want to win because I need it to organize and secure my personal information at all times.
