The answer is simple: they're coming. in fact, eagle-eyed viewers might have noticed them during Intel's presentation today, while showing creator demos of how much more powerful these 11th-generation chips are.

Intel's 11th-generation processors, codenamed Tiger Lake, are its second-generation 10nm chips, and they come with the company's new Iris Xe graphics. Not only that, but they support things like Thunderbolt 4 and PCIe 4, so this is all a significant improvement over Ice Lake.
 
Dell has originally told us that it had no plans for IFA, and will be holding a fall launch later this year, so you can expect to see the new XPS 13 and XPS 13 2-in-1 then.
