Reset this PC allows you to reinstall the current version of Windows 10 while removing all applications and either wiping or retaining your data. This feature, though, will reinstall any apps that were preinstalled by your device's manufacturer.
 
Another option is Fresh Start, which will perform an almost clean install of Windows 10 that retains any data it can find, but removes all applications, including those preinstalled by the manufacturer. Upon reset, it will reinstall any Microsoft Store apps that had been previously installed.
