If you're a fan of the codec, you're probably working with Mac devices anyway, but if you happen to be using Windows, you can now use the codecs on that platform too. Apple has released the ProRes RAW codecs for Windows in beta form, enabling these files to be handled by certain apps.
 
Specifically, compatible apps right now include Adobe's suite of creative apps - After Effects, Media Encoder, Premiere Pro, and Premiere Rush. You'll need to be using the beta versions of these apps in order for the codecs to work, too.
