Basic information about the program

Filter Forge-a program that is a set of filters for photos. With it, you can create stylish pictures and original drawings. You can open a photo via File-OpenImage. The effects are presented on the right side of the interface. They are organized into categories, each with two subcategories, which adds up to a lot of sample effects. In addition, each effect can be adjusted by adjusting its parameters.
Effects designed for photos are available in the Creative, Distortions, Frames, Misc and Photo categories. They are a separate unit. Other effects are not useful for photos and are used more as textures. You can take photos of different styles. It can be an old black and white or color photo, it can be a photo with applying shades of colors and lighting, which gives the picture a certain mood (see screenshots). As mentioned above, the possibilities of the program in terms of photo adjustments are almost limitless.
