The GPU-Z data that was sent to us shows nearly all the important information. The software does not yet officially support the graphics card though, but Navi 33 support has already been introduced with Radeon RX 7700/7600 mobile series. What this means is that the software may not recognize the card, but already shows the correct GPU specs.

The RX 7600 is now confirmed to feature Navi 33 XL GPU with 32 Compute Units and 2048 Stream Processors. The card is equipped with 8GB GDDR6 memory across a 128-bit bus. Interestingly, this model will have the same memory specs as GeForce RTX 4060 Ti, as both cards will have the same maximum bandwidth of 288 GB/s. The card has limited PCIe interface to Gen4 and 8 lanes as well, just like the RTX 4060 series.

In terms of clocks, the GPU-Z software reports on 1720, 2250 and 2655 MHz for base, game, and boost clocks respectively. In real-world use, the GPU clock goes up to 2.85 GHz, we are told.

AMD is set to launch its Radeon RX 7600 non-XT GPU on May 25th. The fact that this card uses ‘XL’ GPU variant strongly suggests that we might see ‘Navi 33 XT’ for the RX 7600 XT later, with more memory maybe?
